Problem:
OLevelGuru™ is not installed properly.

Solution:
1) Un-install the OLevelGuru™ product.

2) Go to

• Start -> Control Panel -> User Accounts
• In "Make Changes to your User Account" -> Click on "Turn User Account Control on or off"
• Uncheck "Use User Account Control (UAC)" to help protect your computer -> Click OK -> Restart your computer

3) Install the OLevelGuru™ product again.


Note: You need administrator rights to install OLevelGuru™ product. To check if you have the rights, please do the following steps:

1) Go to

• Start -> Control Panel -> User Accounts
• If you can see the word "Administrator" under your login name, then it means your account is an administrator account
• If not, proceed to step 2

2) Go to

• Start -> Control Panel -> User Accounts
• Click "Change your account type"
• Select "Administrator" -> Restart your Computer.

Problem:
The system is missing certain file(s) needed to play video.

Solution:
1) Look under c:\windows\system32 for the following files:

• msdxm.ocx
• wmpdxm.dll
• wmp.dll

2) If any of the files are missing, you have to download the files from here, unzip and copy them to c:\windows\system32.

3) Click on the "Start" button, then "Run". In the "Run" dialog box input the following commands one at a time.

1. "regsvr32 msdxm.ocx"
2. "regsvr32 wmpdxm.dll"
3. "regsvr32 wmp.dll"

Problem:
The system file config.nt or autoexec.nt is either missing or corrupted and needs to be replaced.

Solution:
1) Copy either config.nt or autoexec.nt mentioned in the error message from c:\windows\repair folder.

2) Paste the file into c:\windows\system32 folder.

Problem:
Windows Media Player is likely to be corrupted.

Solution:
Reinstall or upgrade to a newer version of Windows Media Player.
